1. Current purchase status
Public checkout, subscriptions, and automatic delivery of paid products are not currently active on a2bmilan.com. Visiting an inactive, archived, or private-preview product page does not create a purchase or refund agreement.
2. If a paid offer is activated
Before payment, the offer and checkout must state what is delivered, how and when it is delivered, the price, support boundaries, and any offer-specific cancellation or refund terms. Those disclosed terms and any mandatory consumer rights will apply to that purchase.
3. Digital content and withdrawal rights
Where applicable law provides a withdrawal period for online purchases, that right is not removed by this Policy. For digital content supplied immediately, any loss of a statutory withdrawal right will apply only when the required prior express consent, acknowledgement, and transaction confirmation have been obtained through the checkout flow.
4. Delivery problems
If a future paid digital product is corrupted, inaccessible, duplicated, materially different from its stated deliverables, or not delivered, contact support so the issue can be corrected. If it cannot be resolved, any available replacement, cancellation, or refund remedy will be handled under the transaction terms and applicable law.
5. Custom services
Any future custom service, integration, or managed implementation must have a separate written scope. Cancellation, work already performed, third-party costs, and refund boundaries will be governed by that agreed scope and mandatory law, not by assumptions based on public site content.
6. Request process
For a future transaction, send the order reference and a clear description of the issue to hello@a2bmilan.com. Nothing in this Policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.
