1. About this notice
This notice describes the limited information flows currently used by a2bmilan.com. It is intended to explain the site as it operates today and is not a certification or guarantee of compliance with every privacy law. Privacy questions can be initiated through the Contact page.
2. Data handled by the current site
The hosting infrastructure may receive request data such as an IP address, requested URL, timestamp, browser information, and security logs when it serves a page. The Contact form does not submit information to a website backend: it only prepares a message in your own email application. Information leaves the site only if you choose to send that message through your email service.
3. Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is not loaded until you select “Allow analytics.” If allowed, Google Analytics can receive visit and session statistics, approximate location, browser and device information, referral information, and interactions with this site. GA4 can use first-party identifiers such as _ga and _ga_*. The current site configuration disables Google Signals and advertising-personalisation signals, and no custom field is configured in the site code to send a name or email address to GA4. Google controls its service under Google's Privacy Policy.
4. Analytics choice and browser storage
The analytics choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days so the site can remember it. Choosing “Essential only” keeps the GA4 script unloaded. The choice can be reopened through “Analytics choices” in the footer. When a previous Allow choice is changed to Essential only, the site sends a denied analytics setting, removes the injected GA script, and clears GA first-party cookies that the page can access. Browser or provider behaviour outside this site's code is not controlled by this notice.
5. Current purposes
Hosting request data supports page delivery, troubleshooting, and basic security. Optional Analytics is used to understand aggregate traffic and improve public content after an Allow choice. A message sent from your email application can be read and answered. The current site has no feature for selling or brokering visitor information.
6. Service providers and external links
The hosting provider, the email services involved in a message, and—only after an Allow choice—Google Analytics can handle information as part of their services. Their own terms, locations, retention settings, and privacy practices apply. Following a link to GitHub, LinkedIn, Google, or another external site also moves the visit to that provider.
7. Retention
The analytics choice stored by this site expires after 180 days. Hosting-log retention is controlled by the hosting environment, email retention by the email services and mailboxes involved, and Analytics retention by the Google Analytics property settings. Those service-level periods are not set by the public site code.
8. Payments are not currently active
This site does not currently provide an active public checkout, subscription, or automatic paid-product delivery flow, so it does not currently collect purchase or payment details through a2bmilan.com. If commerce is enabled later, this Policy will be updated before payment data is processed.
9. Choices and questions
Analytics can be declined or changed through the footer control. Applicable law may provide additional privacy rights depending on the visitor and jurisdiction. A question about information associated with a message can be initiated through the Contact page; this notice does not promise an outcome beyond what applicable law requires.
10. Changes
If the site adds checkout, accounts, newsletter submission, a contact backend, or materially different analytics, this notice should be revised to describe that implementation. The effective date above identifies the current published version.
