Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 30, 2026

1. Who is responsible

Milan Marjanović operates a2bmilan.com and is responsible for the processing described on this page. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to hello@a2bmilan.com.

2. Data handled by the current site

The hosting infrastructure may process request data such as IP address, requested URL, timestamp, browser information, and security logs to deliver and protect the site. The Contact form does not submit to a website backend: it prepares a message in your own email application. If you choose to send that email, the name, address, message, and other details you include are received through the relevant email services.

3. Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics 4 is disabled until you select “Allow analytics.” If allowed, Google may process visit and session statistics, approximate location, browser and device information, referral information, and interactions with this site. GA4 uses first-party identifiers such as _ga and _ga_*. This site disables Google Signals and advertising-personalisation signals in its GA4 configuration and does not intentionally send names or email addresses to Analytics. See Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Analytics choice and browser storage

Your analytics choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days so the site can remember it. Choosing “Essential only” prevents the GA4 script from loading. You can change the choice at any time through “Analytics choices” in the footer. If you withdraw permission, the site disables further Analytics use and attempts to remove its first-party GA cookies from this domain.

5. Why the data is used

Hosting and security data is used to deliver, maintain, and protect the site. Optional Analytics data is used only with your permission to understand aggregate traffic and improve public content. Email data is used to read and respond to your message and to take steps you request. Personal data is not sold.

6. Service providers and external links

Hosting, email, and—only after analytics permission—Google may process data to provide their services. These providers operate under their own terms and may process data in other countries using the safeguards applicable to their services. Following links to GitHub, LinkedIn, or another external site takes you to that provider, whose privacy practices then apply.

7. Retention

The analytics choice is retained for no more than 180 days. Email correspondence is kept only while reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain necessary business records, or resolve a dispute. Hosting and security log retention is controlled by the hosting environment and is limited to operational and security needs. Analytics retention follows the configured Google Analytics property settings.

8. Payments are not currently active

This site does not currently provide an active public checkout, subscription, or automatic paid-product delivery flow, so it does not currently collect purchase or payment details through a2bmilan.com. If commerce is enabled later, this Policy will be updated before payment data is processed.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and to withdraw analytics permission at any time. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. Requests can be sent to hello@a2bmilan.com; identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.

10. Changes and contact

Material changes will be published here with a revised effective date. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@a2bmilan.com.
