Why I build A2B

A2B is my work on a governance protocol for AI agents that act inside business systems. Its invariant is Identity → Policy-before-execution → Immutable Ledger.

My engineering background is infrastructure, automation, delivery pipelines and production reliability. That experience shapes how I think about agents: useful execution needs boundaries, recovery and evidence.

This site is the public record of that work: the concept, implementation notes, honest limitations, DevOps lessons and the path toward A2B Operator.

Building A2B in public

The current focus is to explain A2B clearly, publish verifiable progress, and turn the reference architecture into a controlled, usable product without overstating its maturity.
