How I work

Root access is not just technical access. It is trust.

Infrastructure work can expose servers, mailboxes, customer data, backups, internal systems and business-sensitive information. I treat that access as a responsibility: use only the access the work requires, make changes traceable, keep ownership clear and discuss risk before a sensitive decision is made.

That same production discipline shapes A2B, my work on governing AI agents before their actions reach business systems. Its core invariant is Identity → Policy-before-execution → Immutable Ledger.

A clear engagement before work begins.

Some businesses need a contained migration or recovery project. Others need an engineer who remains responsible for maintenance and improvement. Both are possible when the boundaries are explicit.

Scope boundaries

Provider, domain and licence costs are separate. Support is agreed for each engagement; 24/7 coverage and emergency response are not included by default. Email work improves configuration and operational control but cannot guarantee inbox placement. Marketing strategy, campaign management and content production require a separate scope.
